After more than 20 years behind the chair at Lavish Salon in downtown Biloxi, Leonie took a leap of faith and turned a longtime dream into reality. Dime Store Diva was built alongside her sister, Cindy, Leonie’s constant inspiration and driving force. What started as a conversation quickly became something bigger: a shared vision fueled by heart, hustle, humor, and a whole lot of love. The kind that still shapes everything DSD stands for today.
